I have lived with chronic right shoulder pain since Hurricane Ian that progressively was getting worse. My left side was working overtime to compensate and I stopped my daily activities. My quality of life was diminished and working on my computer with the mouse was excruciating. I saw an orthopedic specialist who told me it was not my shoulder it was my neck and I gave up.
