Worst service department ever. Rude and arrogant doesn't begin to describe my experience. Can't get a manager to respond. Repeated attempts to talk to someone in a position of authority. Finally talked to Billy, said he was a manger, his response...... "If I don't like it take my business somewhere else I don't give a shit"
Walked out back to find my snowmobile setting out side with no cover and disassembled. With rags in the y pipe and I take. Who knows how long it has been setting out side. Super super angry with them and definitely will not be doing business with them ever again. They need to make this right. This is no way to treat somebody’s machine who trusted you for warranty work!

my experience at Stevens cycle was absolutely the best experience I had two older jet skis that I brought in to get fixed the mechanics informed the labor and parts exceed the actual value of the jet skis (they are way old). when I picked them up I had no clue what I was going to do Bill Stevens the third suggested I take them to a salvage yard in Midland. Taking it in the a$$ hard. Trip around the country, blowout in michigan. Yamaha dealer doesnt stock a tire for my yamaha and the only tire that fits on the rim he charged $190 for a $90 tire. Then he wouldnt mount it. sent me next door to his daughters company who insisted on $40 to mount a tire she didnt sell... a$$holes
