Stay away from this service center. They are unprofessional and won’t return your car on time and not even let you know about it
The folks at Stevens Creek VW service center are quite knowledgeable and friendly! My service advisor Dave and his team took care of my car really well, finished 4 services in one day, and even washed my car. Really nice experience, will come back again!
I am sad to say that this VW service center is the worst in the service that they provide. They are just focused on charging you on unnecessary things but are not ready to give a loaner car. I am not telling it’s mandatory but when they ask us to come and tell the car is ready for pickup but didn’t communicate the process. I go paying for Uber and then upon reaching the desk didn’t have my key. I had gone after hours but my technician let me know that the car is ready and can pickup the key from the desk. Service staff doesn’t know how to estimate when a car will be fixed or when parts will arrive. Lack of communication from the service representatives. I have to call them to get an answer on questions I asked them days ago.
