I showed up for my scheduled service appointment this morning. I sat in the "check-in" line for 45 minutes without being helped while approx. 30 other cars were checked in. The vast majority of them arriving after me. After 45 minutes they came over to review my car's service needs (which were communicated over the phone, but the team on site had no record of). Horrible el peor servicio que he tenido fatal la persona que me atendió no saben nada no te dicen nada no se si de verdad le cambiaron el aceite a mi carro no se pero nada es gratis yo ya pague por mis servicios 700 dls y no es justo que traten así 6 hsr en espera es una falta de respeto para el cliente de verdad esta fatal.

I came here in March to get my Toyota fixed as it has damaged paint by the manufacturer. I’ve been driving my car like this for 9 years because no one ever told me that they had a recall for all 2016 White Toyota paint.. Anyway, I took my car in and they said I was approved to get my paint fixed for free and that it expires in July 2026. So basically, if I don’t get it fixed now, I can never get it fixed by them EVEN if it was a manufactured issue. Anyway, Stevens creek still hasn’t brought in my car to fix the paint.
