Made an appointment prior to the visit and went there on time but kept waited for 30mins to check in for the maintenance service. The guy finally showed up yet no comment for the long wait... Disappointed.
Disappointing experience. I paid $300 and the mechanic couldn't tell me why my Toyota vehicle was making a vibrating sound when I step on the gas pedal. They said it was the catalytic converter shield or heat shield but neither one is loose. However, this noise has gotten louder over the past few months. Pésimo servicio yo compré unas llantas me dijeron que tenía garantía de ponchadura ahora que traje mi camioneta me dijeron que nada más de lunes a viernes a tienden como si se planeara no compren ahí
It took me 3 appointments and 6 hours over 2 weeks to perform a simple 2 tire mount and balance which would have taken a half hour anywhere else. Poor communication throughout the process by multiple service advisors. Very disappointing experience
