Avoid this Toyota service. I came here two months ago for an oil change and was told my car needed an alignment. They did the work, but my car now pulls strongly to the right. I returned today for another oil change and explained the problem. No one helped. They kept making excuses, saying the manager wasn’t available, and tried to push me away instead of fixing their mistake. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never come back.
Provided a estimate extremely high. Be careful. Do your homework before talking to sales. Truecar and Chat GPT the best to get a idea about the selling price before talking to sales people there. All other dealers around provided reasibly well price on first conversation.
Was able to quickly pick up the parts I needed, no issues with parts needing to be ordered as I was purchasing oil, oil filters, and crush washers. There was plenty of parking in the nearby parking lot, and there were many things to look at in the store. The staff at the counter were very professional. I did visit on a weekday around lunchtime and it was slightly busy.
