I was pleasantly surprised that I had two good experiences with Stevens Creek Nissan, one for buying a new used car and the second is selling my older car. I chose the car that SC Nissan had because of the price published online and that was the final price that I paid, not including tax & registration of course and also the dealer installed lojack which I thought was a good addition. Agreed to a price then played games and tried to low ball agreed price
Edit: it is almost midnight and their Ai bot is still texting me about a car that is majorly defective. Their AI bot Megan will persistently text you and tell you that they will work with you on the price you want to pay. Then when we arrived and test drove the used car we were interested in, we instantly saw multiple issues (windshield wipers not working, the vent handles were all broken, and there was something weird happening with the transmission.
