My Kia Carnival has been at this service center for almost two weeks. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in for the exact same battery issue. They failed to resolve it the first time, and this second visit has been deeply frustrating due to their lack of professionalism and communication. Lovely people working there. Got my car updated with the latest infotainment software. I'm appreciative that they kept me updated when the software download took longer than expected.
I had a very complex and frustrating series of issues with my car, but I'm leaving a 5-star review for one reason: the team here, specifically Lynn and the Manager Emil, ultimately made it right. They turned a difficult situation around. As I promised them, if I could leave 10 stars for their effort in the end, I would. Thank you for seeing it through.
Had an ICCU issue with my KIA6. Kevin (sales) helped me out on a rainy night and then handed me to Paul. He was great and got me a loaner. Thought it was going to take weeks and it took days. Paul was great and helped out the entire time.
