Daniel Garcia, my point of contact, was very welcoming and efficient. All the issues and concerns I had about the car were taken seriously and addressed. The scheduled routine maintenance work done by the team was also very high quality just like the last time. I trust this team with my car.
This was for a service appointment. I would give a zero star if I have to. Don’t go to this place. It’s a run down facility. I couldn’t even figure out where the place is. There was a guy so rude in the front who didn’t know what he was talking. To make things worse he told me he couldn’t find my appointment. I spoke to a lady on the phone for over 10 minutes to make this appointment. Very disappointed.i had to book an appointment in another kia for a different day.

Daniel G. and Alex from the Steven's Creek Kia Service are heros! They extended us every courtesy and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to safety get back on the road. We came rushing in at 3PM having been kept on the hook all day by Pepboys with a promise to fix our car, only to be rejected at the door. Our car was undrivable, stuck in the Pepboy lot. Daniel and Alex helped us figure out how to get our car to Kia, fixed it up right away, and we were on our way in less than an 1hr. They were life savers!
