Employees are nice but the mechanics don't really seem to know what they are doing. I took my 23' Kia in three times to have a grinding noise checked out - First time they couldn't find the issue. Second time they said it was some loose bolts, third time it needed brake lubricant - all three times, the noise would happen the moment I drove it off the lot. I took it to the Burlingame Kia and they found the issue the first time and were extremely professional and transparent. I am sure Stevens Creek is fine but I won't take it...Ā read more
Not a good experience they charged $730 for 16k miles service and oil change when I checked with other dealers it's cost around $400Ā
