Be wary if you need something complicated done here. I needed my rear shocks done. Originally I had taken my car somewhere else, but since one of the bolts was rusted I was told only the dealership would be able to order that specific part, cut the old one off, and replace it. I made an appointment online and in the details/comments section I specified that I needed rear shocks and that there was a rusted bolt on one side. Visit 1. Had to take my Carnival for recall and had great experience with Lynn Maryatt. Easy to work with and friendly. Despite the chaos with current construction at dealership, she was patient and maintained clear communication. Recall issue also got fixed as promised.

I give 2 stars because as far as I know, work was completed correctly. i.e. af software update. Thanks. This place clearly has no sense of customer service. And the way that service advisor, Paul, spoke to me, and how lazy he is. My experience left me feeling unsafe leaving my car there. I have purchased 2 cars there, and was considering a 3rd. Not now. I will go elsewhere. Customer service does matter.

I'm a new driver (less than a year) and flat my tire for twice, which means I literally have no background of car; always visited here. All the staffs are nice and Paul was especially great for both experiences. I'm sincerely glad that I live around this service center and I can visit here whenever I have any question. Also, I convinced they are all welcoming to the novice always and eager to explain about any concerns about the car.
