Car dealers are car dealers. Do your homework, prepare to negotiate, watch out for unwanted add-ons, and always be ready to walk away. That said, Sean and Jordan were quick and courteous at every stage during a tricky process: inspecting and negotiating for a rare 2018 Audi A3 from another part of CA. The car was a beauty, and there were no pressure tactics. (Though watch for those add-ons at the end--if you don't want them, be firm.) Overall, quite happy.
Called in to buy a used Range Rover from the stevens creek dealership. The sales lady named Chasity or Cassidy swore with her life the car will pass a pre purchase inspection. Claiming all used cars they sell normally pass a rigorous in house 187 point check. The pre purchase inspection check revealed a bad battery , bad shifter , worn control arms , bad sway bushings, dirty filter with rodent in the filter .e.t.c .
