The technician Hai Lam in maintenance is the best technician I have ever seen in the 4S stores. Usually people will try to oversell the products. I went the 4S store in San Jose Infiniti and they charged me over $1800 for my 40k mileage service. But Hai would be honest to you what your car really needs instead of just giving you an expensive unexplained blind box.
The oil change took a long time.

We are a huge fan of Infinite cars and have owned five so far. Stevens Creek Infinite offered outstanding pricing and zero-pressure sales pitch or tactic. Ben was helpful and professional throughout the process. And the process felt stress-free and was run efficiently and smoothly.
If I would give minus review I will give the minus star. The salesman ALI was extremely rude and scary , I feel very unsafe during her arrogant conversation. Moreover he was unprofessional in his work , will never go there to get a dealership ; specially on Steven creek location .
