this is for the service department. I made an appointment online for 730am today. I got there early. when I scheduled the service, I did it for a loaner car because that’s what the website has as an option. when I got here the guy said they don’t have loaner cars so I am now going to San Jose infiniti because at least their website doesn’t lie.
If at all 0 was an option, giving the 1 start just because I bought the car from here. Exact sales pitch minus customer empathy, customer-centric or customer SERVICE. They've lost it all. When you want to purchase, they find all options to make it happen (especially fast tracking) but anything after , complete 0- they just shunt you out making you feel that meant nothing. Terrible Experience at Infiniti of Stevens Creek; Disrespectful staff, poor service, sexist and zero accountability — a frustrating and unprofessional experience at Infiniti of Stevens Creek. Details; Brought my car in for engine issues — they diagnosed a cracked radiator and quoted over $3.5K, despite having serviced it just a month or two earlier with no problems noted.
