Professional and responsive. Was working via phone and email as I'm 90 miles away. Late disclosure that the vehicle had a cigarette smoke odor. I thought t we had a deal and was trying to finalize delivery. Should have told me from the beginning but they did disclose.

Friendly, knowledgeable, young salesman but there was too much pressure to buy that day. I had inquired about a warrantee and a specific issue with the G37's. The service manager said that issue was not with the 2009 models which is NOT true and first said the fix was only 10hrs labor (definitely not true) and then proceeded to push an extended warrantee. I was presented a deal for the asking price of the car, the extended warrantee that they were going to provide and cost, along with tax, license, and fees. I thought the cu... read more
I had a great experience with staffs there, especially Nora and Mike. It was a very fast tranactions and customer services were excellent. Very happy camper and with a new Lexus. I am doing a Happy Dance :-) treating myself for Christmas.
