I was contacterd by a very friendly staff member when I sent an availability request. I never made it out to the dealership to look at the vehicle however before I was notified it sold.

The car did not work for me as the seats were not comfortable at all. However, the salesman whose name was Gage was extremely helpful and courteous. They had other vehicles available however, those did not suit my needs. I talked to the sales manager named Clinton and he was helpful as well. I would not have an issue buying a vehicle from them it’s just that the car would not work for me.

Ken at Oxmoor Hyundai was amazing. I went in looking at getting a used SUV, and he helped me find the perfect car. Drove off with a 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL and couldn’t be happier. Everyone at Oxmoor Hyundai was so friendly and super sweet!

They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.
They contacted me, i filled out the application and never heard back again
