I tried to reach out multiple times and every time a different sales representative would tell me a different story about the car and it’s been two weeks. The car is still on their website and they never were able to tell me if the car is available or not. I had somebody to go check the car out and then they said it’s in reconditioning and that they will call back when it’s ready. Asked a half a dozen questions times whether a couple models had the h-Tex seats and this rep Bryant Juarez wouldn’t sander the question. At first he said all Ioniq 5’a had them. I knew for a fact they didn’t because I looked at a bunch of 2024 SEL’s that did not. So he just kept saying when do you want to come in for a spin instead of answering a basic question I had. Also this was across like 5 email exchanges where he would answer me 24 hours later. I guess he’s just too busy. I bought somewhere else last weekend.
