Our experience was not great. We thought they did not want to deal with us much after I told them my budget. Also, we thought the trade in value for our truck was too low. They offered us a used vehicle that we showed interest in but, again, came in only Pennie’s lower than our budget amount. We felt like we weren’t their time at all.
I purchased this car sight unseen. Scotty sent me a video of the car, and cosmetically it is in great shape as he promised. Aaron let me know that selling the car to me, a full asking price cash buyer was inconvenient for him. Even after I asked if I could pay full price for the car, and could they hold it on their lot while I organized a way to get over the Medford to avoid paying the 800 dollar delivery fee, he refused. The dealership transfered the vehicle to another dealership in Heritage dealership and sold it as I was signing the paperwork.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.

I went to the dealership to look at the car. But a young lady was taking it for a test drive. Well needless to say.She bought it. But the salesman,Frank told me about a 2023 Tucson SEL. I wanted a red car .Both cars were red after looking at the other car and going back and forth a few times. We were able to come a deal for my car and the new one. I am very happy with my new car. It’s nice when you get what you want .

The sales team responded quickly. Salesman Jon C. sent me pictures and a video of the vehicle. I am laid up due to injury, He was patient and understanding. So I had problems taking items off my trade in Jon went above and beyond to get those parts for me himself. He kept me updated on all paperwork then brought the Gladiator to my house.
