I went to Chevrolet of Stevens Creek for the first service of a new car. GM covers the first maintenance so it is free. The staff are friendly and the service is fast.
Horrible service experience in every way. Brought in my Bolt EUV to fix the rear windshield wiper. Two weeks later they still couldn't fix it. What bugged me was the complete lack of respect for the customer. The communication was terrible, service advisor constantly saying she'd get back to me and never would. I had to nag for any updates.
