Had a good honest experience. – I originally came into Stevens Creek Automotive for an emissions repair after another repair shop claimed I failed a smog test. As I suspected since my car is in good shape, it turns out that my car did not have any smog problems and passed the test. They didn't rip me off with any needless repairs. The people there are nice. Great service. Norm operates an excellent shop. – Norm is the owner of this shop. This shop reflects Norm's commitment to excellent,, prompt, customer oriented service. I brought my wife's car here the first time when I needed some special work done that another shop would only attempt at a rediculously hight price. Norm did this very difficult repair right the first time and at a relatively reasonable price. At that time i also owned a couple BMWs and would only take them to a "BMW repairman."
