I have gone to other mechanics that have spoken down to me and treated me like a child. I'll admit I know nothing about cars, but the team here has never made me feel like that. You can definitely feel the trust that your car is in good hands, things will be fixed and your not going to be lied to about what is wrong with your car. Car repair is never fun, but at least with this team, it will be done right, done quickly and done without being lied to.
Great experience at Stevens Creek Auto Works. My car overheated on the freeway and this shop was nearby. It’s a small operation with no website and an office that they barely use. Regardless, they were able to inspect my car promptly and found a crack in the radiator. When they called me with the quote, they clearly explained which repairs were absolutely necessary (replacing the radiator) and which were optional but a good idea (thermostat, engine temperature sensor).
