Very unprofessional experience. Wasn't able to talk about or explain any of my symptoms. Was continuously shut down anytime I tried. Was immediately told " there nothing I can do for you " when I hadn't even been able to talk about my issues. Absolutely inhuman experience. Very disappointing, and very sad on a basic human level. I fear for his future and current patients receiving the help they need even in the most basic ways.
I am amazed this man has a license to practice. He was extremely rude. He didn't listen to anything I had to say. He never looked at my records nor addressed any of my conditions. He is absolute proof that just because you have an education, it doesn't prove you have intelligence. I have never met a less qualified and rude doctor in my life. I am surprised this man is even licensed. He was so rude and ignorant, I am still stunned by my horrific experience with this idiot. DO NOT waste your time. Find a real doctor. Find an intelligent doctor. The bad reviews are not exaggerations.
I arrived on time and had to wait in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes with no other clients but me. The doctor entered the room and did not have my chart. The doctor asked me a quick question and then told me to exercise and get a mental exam and then left the room. The nurse walked to to a area and then pointed that I could go out the door. I was not asked to schedule a new appointment. The nurse was showing the way out. I drove a long way to see the doctor that I could have done over a video chat.
He looks at his computer screen the entire time no eye to eye contact, I see Barbara Bowers No instead of Dr. d’Ambrosio. She can do what needs done and can tell him if need be.
I have several issues with my lower back from complications of a combat injury. He told me that my pain was in my head and he will not do anything for me. He spent the visit talking to my fiance about her background more than he did about my pain. I got two minutes of a thirty minute appointment to talk about my pain. We're talking I have a herniated disc, bulging disc, and nerve damage. My pain is a constant 8 out of 10. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
I left my appointment with this gentleman almost suicidal due to the things he said to me. He is an awful human, and doesn’t deserve the title of doctor. “Doctors” like this are the reason good people turn to drugs. He should be ashamed of how he treats patients, and should really consider a career that doesn’t require interaction with people. If you need help, do not waste your time with Charles Howe.
My initial reaction to Dr. Howe was, how arrogant can you be? He informed me that I had no idea what I was talking about, suggested I give my child up since I’m in so much pain, focused on a completely different issue that had nothing to do with what I was there for, and when I was crying at the awful things he said to me, he yelled at me telling me not to laugh at him. Dr. Cushing was the attending Neurologist when my 88-year-old father had a stroke. Dr Cushing was responsive and thorough in his evaluation and recommendations. We really appreciated the time he spent helping us understand my father's condition and treatment plan.
