Rotted tree going to fall any moment. They not only refuse to so anything about it, they won't even return my calls or answer my messages. My family's life is at risk and they just ignore me. Amazing.

They are friendly and help to get you in, but unresponsive to maintenance requests. I had a hole in my ceiling and wall for over a year with nothing done about it. They only communicate if THEY need something.
