very professional service from start to finish. gregory was on site the whole time and made sure everything was done right. they first installed a vent and chimney connection for my new range hood, then cleaned, sanitized, and repaired the air ducts throughout my home. they also cleaned the fireplace and dryer vent, and installed a uv light sanitizer on the furnace system. the whole hvac and vent cleaning process was handled carefully, and the indoor air quality feels much better now. excellent customer service, clear commun... read more

Steven's Air Duct Cleaning was knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and improving the airflow in my home. Douglas took the time to explain the process, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel confident about the safety and air quality of my house and family in Owings Mills.
Steven's Air Duct Cleaning did a good job with the dryer vent cleaning, and they also installed the vent cover, which was a nice extra. Gregory cleaned the inside of the dryer, and overall the service was helpful and the airflow seems better. Later, when another tech was checking the HVAC and duct area, the silver sleeve at the back of the dryer was removed and an old dead bird was found inside.
