So happy with their help with my HVAC unit. Another company tried to get me to replace it this summer but never sent the quote they promised. I am thankful because Stevens came when it got loud and I was afraid it wouldn’t survive Cold Snap #2. Their technicians knowledge and honesty made my day and saved my savings account!!

We called Stevens on Sunday knowing we were going to have to replace our unit and expected to have to wait days before we could get any relief. Tuesday morning, first thing, he and his crew were here and had our unit replaced by lunch. Not only that, he did not just install and leave, he pointed out insulation issues, things we could do to reduce our monthly power bill, etc….things that in no way would profit him, but help us.
