He came out to my house quick and solved our issue with our air unit! Was very nice and professional. So thankful especially in this heat.

Another company came out and tried to repair on my 84 year-old mother‘s air conditioner. He said she needed a whole new unit which would cost around $8000. I called Stevens because they did ours. He came out the very same day even though they were incredibly busy and found that the other man from a different company had wired the repair incorrectly. It could’ve caught my mother‘s home on fire in the night while she slept there alone and no, she does not need a new unit. I could not thank them enough.
