I just want to say I’ve been very pleased every time I’ve needed to use the guys at Steven’s. Skyler came out this time as well. They are very friendly and get to you as soon as they can. That means a lot to me, especially when we have an Airbnb. I highly recommend them.

Another company came out and tried to repair on my 84 year-old mother‘s air conditioner. He said she needed a whole new unit which would cost around $8000. I called Stevens because they did ours. He came out the very same day even though they were incredibly busy and found that the other man from a different company had wired the repair incorrectly. It could’ve caught my mother‘s home on fire in the night while she slept there alone and no, she does not need a new unit. I could not thank them enough.

So happy with their help with my HVAC unit. Another company tried to get me to replace it this summer but never sent the quote they promised. I am thankful because Stevens came when it got loud and I was afraid it wouldn’t survive Cold Snap #2. Their technicians knowledge and honesty made my day and saved my savings account!!
