They are a horrible company to work for. The gm will talk down to you and curse at you. I was there almost 10 years and you could go above and beyond but it will never be appreciated. My advice to anyone fresh out of school or wanting a job with airplanes go to psa or any other company other than here. They don't give yearly raises and there's mechanic's that's been there for 20+ years and barley make over 20 an hour.
This business is really cool. If I was a young person that wants to learn about aviation..if it's avionics, refurbishing aircraft. Inside and out. To engine repair. This is the place to learn
