I was working a 6 month contract in Hereford and needed truck care for 3 trucks, all Fords. One was an F250, and 2 were F350's. I initially started at Whiteface but found their service writer to be less than helpful when it came to getting me a ride to and from the dealer as well as being provided a loaner vehicle, after initially spending several thousands of dollars with them. Weve been going to Stevens for vehicles, 6 so far, for the last 20ish years. All of our vehicles are serviced there. Great servce, great prices. Service is not a department. No its an ATTITUDE! And the ABSOLUTE BEST attitude (service) that I have seen in a very long time! Keep it up.
