Isaac was extremely helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and welcoming.
The exact car I wanted was found, ordered, and delivered to my door, complete with paperwork. A few days later, Isaac Walker spent considerable time with me, patiently showing me all the new features of my car and how they work. Paul McMillan arranged the financing, and was very ccourteous and knowledgable. It all went very smoothly! This is the 5th car I have purchsed from them and I've always had good experiences with them! I love my new car and I love doing business with Stevens 5-Star Car and Truck Center.
the service center sucks, every time i have went there there have been angry customers and now i see why. had an appointment scheduled for a quick 30 minute diagnostic and it took them about 4 hours to even get my truck in the shop then over an hour for the diagnostic. to top it all off they tried getting me to pay 2k for parts/services that i didnt even need. these people are incompetent and scummy!
