Dr. Puffer and his team were very professional and friendly. It is clear that they do excellent work and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Puffer called me ahead of time to make sure that my visit would cover all my concerns, and their front staff was proactive about taking care of insurance and payment needs. I felt very well taken care of and especially appreciate their understanding when I had to bring my child to the office with me. I would recommend their services and give 5 stars!
The staff is all always so nice and welcoming! It makes you feel good when you walk in. Presley was so sweet, hope I get her again in the future.
I highly recommend Dr. Puffer for your dental needs. Him and his staff are top notch. Very friendly and always make my kids feel at ease. Our recent visit was for my youngest (8 year old) for severe tooth pain. They managed to work him in and he ended up having to have a baby root canal done but the whole process was done smoothly. Can’t thank Puffer Dental enough 🤍
