I contacted Steven to install new tiles in our kitchen after finding him on Home Advisor. He does not have a showroom and does not sell flooring, from what I understand - which was fine for me. I purchased vinyl tiles from Menards. Steven gave me a VERY fair price to install the tiles. He and his employee took care of it in 1 day. He gave some recommendations on the type of tile to get as well as how to lay it out. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome - it looks great and his suggestions were spot on. Went to this West Bend address. No one answered. A fan was running in an open window. Mailbox was stuffed full, old newspapers were all over the porch. Tpp step was a death trap, was not attached, so anyone could have fallen. Even called to leave a message and NO RETURN CALL. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
