Poor service. My son has paid in full for braces & the while process. We've been trying to get his braces off for 1.5 years. They refuse too answer why or when. They made my son feel like it's his fault. They are a scam company for us. I have detailed call logs & conversion.
They made us wait for 1 hour in the waiting room and attended people who got their after us before it was unacceptable
Im usually not the type to leave a bad review. And I would like to point out that we’ve experienced great care, kindness and professionalism from all of the dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff. Last week, both of my boys had exams and cleanings scheduled. During the visit, I observed Dr. House move from examining one child patient to my younger son and then to my older son without washing his hands in between exams.
