Just wanted to say Great Plains Regional Medical Center has a excellent surgical department. I highly recommend Dr. Riley Winham as a orthopedic surgeon. 2 days post op. On right knee. Went back 3 months later and Dr. Winham replaced my left knee. Everything went well. Not sure why anyone would go to okc when we have the best surgeon here in Elk City.
