Dr. Winer has been my Primary Care physician for many years, and he has always been wonderful. So much so that I recommended him to my husband and many friends and they are very pleased too! He is very patient and kind and looks directly at you. He really cares about his patients. He is honest and forthright when discussing diagnoses. I trust him and have faith in him. His humor is also delightful.
