I have been with State Farm for over 2 years with another agent and had recently switched to Allstate because my agent became unresponsive and would not reply back for a quote, fast forward 2 months and my Agent at Allstate forgot to go over my policy clearly and left me with poor coverage. I recently moved to Los Angeles from Saint Louis and needed car insurance. I went to State Farm office in Lake Forest. I worked with Jacky and Jessica. They were extremely helpful. They listened to my needs and answered all my questions. They were very polite and professional. I ended up getting insurance for all my three cars. I will highly recommend them for any car insurance needs.
My Family and I had to make some changes/add-ons to our policy and thankfully Jessica Fu made things easy and was full of information I didn't know I needed. Happy to have her in our team! ☺️
