Dr. Kinsey is awesome. He came highly recommended. I actually traveled from 2 states to consult with him...had surgery....post care..His bedside manner is very pleasant, extremely personable..Exceptionally skilled and professional. I am beyond impressed.
I like Dr Franklin but had difficulty getting in to see him because his staff would schedule an appt and then call and change a few days before the schedule appt. Plus the wait time was at least an hour to hour and a half to see the doctor.
Dr. Kinsey had a sense of humor and was also professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in capable hands.
Very easy to talk to. Answered any questions I had and felt he had genuine concern for my health concerns
Dr. Kinsey removed my DEAD gall bladder smoothly and professionally --- I had great confidence in his skill and also bed side manner --- My follow up visit to remove a drain from the incision site went well --- A-1 all around ! ! ! ! ! !
Dr. Kinsey is a kind, helpful, and great experienced doctor who does what he says, which can be rare now a days.
Excellent physician and even better person! He has that secret sauce that just makes a doctor over the top!
Dr. Sharp is best pediatrician and always takes care of my three children.
I called Dr. Hicks office this morning 8am and the receptionist took my information and said his nurse makes all appointments and she would call me back. I called back at 4 and the receptionist told me that they were still seeing patients and I needed to be patient and give her enough time to call me back (it had been 8 hours at this point). It is 713pm and she never called me. Bad office staff and terrible customer service! This will cost him patients.
