I just wanted to thank Steven and his associates for their wonderful service. I was in need of an outfit to go with my old blazer yesterday. Such a wonderful store. The customer service is fantastic; so helpful and friendly, but without pressure. A couple years back, my boyfriend and I came in just to browse. He had also been looking for a wool-cashmere coat, so after glancing at the lovely collection of ties, we headed for the coats. Steven helped us find a perfectly-fitting, beautiful coat, with every style feature desired...AND, it was on sale!
