I am switching PCP because Dr. Crossley wait times are too long. I was in the waiting room with my 4 year old for 50 minutes before I got called back. My appointment was at 1040a and I was told he was an hour behind schedule. Not sure how that happens when they open at 8. I asked the MA why he was running behind and she told me he's always 30-60 min behind schedule. I waited and waited while I saw multiple people for the other doctor get called back. Dr. Crossley is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Nice bedside manners, caring person
I have been an infrequent patient of Dr. Crossley for a few years now and have a neutral opinion of his services. However, upon a recent midday visit to his office to have my insurance coverage updated, I was told quite harshly I would need an appointment to do that. An appointment to update insurance coverage? I don't think so. If his Practice is too busy (or short-staffed) to handle such a minor thing, I shudder to think of what else is lacking. Time for a Practice update.
Unnecessary referral. I can't recommend Dr. Crossley. I brought my daughter for a second opinion. She'd been diagnosed and treated for strep throat at an urgent care clinic 4 days earlier but she was still very tired and sick. Dr. Crossley ordered a mono test (good) but he also sent her to the ENT because he said she may have something else in her throat. The ENT appointment was a waste of time and money. All the ENT did is retrieve the lab test and said it was positive for mono.
I recently changed my healthcare needs to Dr. Crossley and I am extremely happy that I did. He takes time with me to discuss various concerns I might have and also adds suggestions on what steps I should be taking to keep my health at its best. He is very easy to talk to and has my best interests up front.
Dr Crossley is amazing! He doesn't treat his patients with anything less than the respect and care they deserve. He is always mindful of his decisions and helps me set and reach goals for my overall health. He is never impatient and takes his time listening to all of my concerns. I've never had a better doctor!
