I loved Dr. Fyfe. He saved my brothers life (head and neck cancers) and helped me so much, through the years. He is a very dear person and will sorely be missed, as he retires. We miss you, Dr. Steven Trey Fyfe.
Extremely disappointed with this doctor and his office. Went in with a chronic sore throat and Dr. Fyfe decided to run one test for one thing and sent me out the door all within five minutes. Then they did not get back to me with the test results after three weeks and multiple phone calls. The office tried to make me book another appointment two weeks down the line just to get my results. I'm really glad I trusted Dr. Fyfe and his team. There are apparently a lot of chop doc ENTs in Austin who will recommend unnecessary surgeries that cause a lot of pain and cost a lot of money. Dr. Fyfe is not one of those guys. I wish his second opinion had been the first opinion I sought. Another ENT recommended a turbinate reduction to control my allergies. Great doctor terrible support team when it comes to help post procedure help or proscription refill. It's like contacting Amazon or Google, they just aren't concerned with your issue.
