Excellent Experience This has been the most pleasant, hassle free vehicle purchase I've EVER made. My sales rep, Mike was very helpful and provided me with answers to all my questions before I made the nearly 3 hour drive. He sold me a great car at a great price.
Great Price I purchase a used Lexus from them and I could not be more happy. Mike was great to deal with... no pressure at all. He answered all my questions and thoroughly went over all the paperwork. Mike really made my buying process easy.
Fantastic Deal I just purchased a 2009 Odyssey. Mike and I discussed my financing options and trade value prior to my visit. He helped me arrange my financing and my trade loan payoff. I drove over an hour. They did everything they promised. Dealing with the guys at Steven Todd Leasing was a breeze. The vehicle I purchase was cleaned and ready for me. It took me longer to get there than what it took Mike to complete the paper work. I am very happy and I hope to be a long time loyal customer.

Bad Business The facts. Reviewed the car fax and it looked good, negotiated the price and it was good. Then flew to Chicago. Mike picked me up took me to the car. Drove it and it looked good. Got it home and realized oops it was in an accident and had had the drivers side all redone.Bondo (how could I miss it, I'm really mad at myself). Now it's 39 days later and no title. The guy tells me it's with a "private" bank and they have their processes. Promises me that it's on the way fedex gives me a tracking number but it still ... read more
