Breast aug. Before paying for surgery, staff super responsive (same day), attentitive. Post op: implants bottomed out aka fell way too low. Scars 2" above bottom of boob. Doc,nurse,Vicki responds with defensiveness, vagueness, impatience, unreturned phone calls. Things happen, so i wasn't looking for someone to blame, just clarity, honesty. They act like you didn't pay $10k and put trust in Dr T. New doc revised, explained each step patiently. My breasts are now perfect no thanks to Dr T.
