Had appointment with Dr. Steven Lyons/FOI Jan 22, 2026 to discuss hip replacement. Never met Dr. Lyons, only his P.A Ethan Carey. Would like to have met doctor that was supposed to perform my surgery. Also learned Dr. Lyons does not perform robotic-assisted hip replacement which is my preference. Additionally cortisone injections are ONLY done at Temple Terrace facility which is not conveniently located.
