I only saw Steven once and I canceled the second because I didn't feel like he was a good fit for me. I made no commitments or appointments after. Come to find out my insurance reported he has 4 appointments claimed. I would not trust this guy, which is disappointing since trust is the very foundation of this profession.
He has a very aggressive tone as a therapist if you are a fan of that type of thing. Very money oriented, which is fine, but he also isn't the most up front about when he is charging you. I quit him after a remote session that only lasted 45 minutes (not an hour) but he charged the full rate. Also gave me the impression he would look into my insurance and had me send it to him, gave me no reply, and then said at the next consultation that he couldn't legally bill insurance. What happened to “patient confidentiality”??!! What’s wrong with you revealing patient information because you are in fact aggressive and bad at your job! They should sue you and take your license if you do have one!
