I am still waiting on the office to submit the form to my insurance company the correct way so they will pay for what I need done. They don't seem to be in any hurry and my insurance said today they would cover the cost for the pads I need for my neuroma in my feet but the office has submit the form the right way. Not happy at all about this! I am spending my time doing the follow up, not them. The office tells the insurance today if they cant get to it this week it would be next week?
