There were multiple situations where mistakes or issues were automatically assumed to be my fault without clarification. For example, a patient’s chart was not pulled up in the computer, and he immediately blamed me in front of others even though another assistant had actually been handling it. She’s been there for years so she was comfortable talking to other doctors while i was working… I was never given an apology afterward. Situations like this made me feel unfairly targeted and disrespected.
