This is the second time i've seen DrSalva&both times:he was very punctual,he's very informative&answers all your questions completely.His staff was friendly&sincere-which is heart warming&essential,but not always found in medical field.Overall,i would give them bonus points if i could&wish all Dr's&any other medical visits were like this.
He never gets back to you when f you need results from a test. Waited one week and still after numerous calls, he never returned my call. I made an appointment with another dr.
Dr. Salva is a wonderful caring doctor. He has helped both my husband and myself. He got us thru a very hard time with my husband's diagnosis. He was always ready to answer questions anytime. He also has a great bedside manner, very easy to talk too. Can't say enough of how I would recommend him to anyone.
I experienced bladder retention after a medical procedure. We had to have our primary doctor contact his staff, as they never returned calls. More days of no communication. Office Manager stated the staff called and left messages, but having Verizon, we can see what calls we received and/or missed. They never called. They insisted that he keep the cath for 24 days; after 4 trips to the ER, our primary found us another urologist.
