Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No, I didn't feel safe Did this cardiologist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything!

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
