I was given his name after being seen in the emergency room, diagnosed with multiple kidney stones. I experienced a lack of accommodation to schedule a procedure. When I had it done he never acknowledged my husband in the pre-op room, lacking bedside manners. Then I woke up to find that the procedure was a failure due to a puncture wound of my urethra. I needed the stent removed prior to a scheduled trip and waited 3 hours because equipment was not ready. An overall lack of compassion.
I saw Dr. Rowe for a BPH problem and also ED, and I found him to be kind, gentle, patient, understanding, and most helpful.
