Started off ok, then went downhill...Beyond disappointing and upsetting. I decided to go to another doctor. *Update....after 6 months of waiting, I received a call out of the blue telling me my shots were ready!
This was one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to. We waited for hours (with a one year old) and were forgotten about multiple times throughout our appointment. The office staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them. The doctor was condescending and would walk out of the room during conversations, and not come back for 15 minutes only to be rude again. Hate to give this rating because the physician is very knowledgeable and great but the office is HORRIBLE! I dont know how I even got an appointment to begin with being that’s no one EVER answers the phone! Literally every time I call I get no answer! What’s the point of having a phone system if you don’t even answer the phone.
attentive. very knowledgeable. professional and has instinct and experience to help me with my asthma. He doesn't force any therapy but recommends. I go to the Altamonte office and the staff is amazing
