Paloma Quintana is one of the most hostile and unprofessional “property managers”- I have ever met in my life. I’ve had my fair share of landlords. And honestly have never had a problem. This woman does not care about anything but a paycheck. Stay FAR away from this agency
Paloma Quintana is the RUDEST, most hostile agent I think I have ever spoken to! Cryptic, curt text messages regarding properties, then she won't answer back for hours, and when she does, she's even ruder than before. I have been in Customer Service for DECADES, and if I treated a customer like I was treated the last 2 days, I would have been fired immediately by my company! Paloma Quintana is very unprofessional and a bully. She's disrespectful to the elder, in the disabled, she only took over the duplexes on Carroll avenue 3 months ago. And three families have moved out. My suspicion is she is very prejudiced. She is in the process of replacing everyone with spanish-speaking people. The bottom line she is rude and hateful. And she is going to ruin Rambo Realtors.
