Paloma Quintana is the RUDEST, most hostile agent I think I have ever spoken to! Cryptic, curt text messages regarding properties, then she won't answer back for hours, and when she does, she's even ruder than before. I have been in Customer Service for DECADES, and if I treated a customer like I was treated the last 2 days, I would have been fired immediately by my company! Paloma Quintana is very unprofessional and a bully. She's disrespectful to the elder, in the disabled, she only took over the duplexes on Carroll avenue 3 months ago. And three families have moved out. My suspicion is she is very prejudiced. She is in the process of replacing everyone with spanish-speaking people. The bottom line she is rude and hateful. And she is going to ruin Rambo Realtors.

Paloma Quintana is rude and disrespectful to potential clients and is not very professional on social media. I would not rent a house for my worst enemy from the person. Maybe take some human resources classes and learn how to speak to people. And her prices are ridiculous for the areas she is renting in. Merry Christmas
