It was the most impersonal doctor visit I have ever had and I'm 60. My appt. was on FRIDAY 6/12 @ 9:30 am for back pain. I brought some x-rays I just had done. He had no light screen to look at them. He gave me some muscle relaxers and said he was sending me to get more x-rays, lab work and an MRI and they would contact me for appointments. I called back at NOON to see if I could wear a cervical collar. They replied on MONDAY afternoon. 12 days later and I have yet to receive another phone call... Dr. Sumpter is very patient & a great listener with my mom. She feels very well cared for with her health concerns. Of all her doctors; she thinks he’s the best. ‘Very good person.’ She doesn’t feel rushed & can relax with him. She feels like she is being heard. Very professional & knowledgeable. Thank you.
This doctor is the epitome of what a doctor should be like! he's amazing he's attentive he listens, he will spend lots of time with you and explain to you everything. Makes you feel very comfortable! I believe they're feeling like you know what's going on.
Dr. Sumpter is the best. Excellent chiropractor too.
Dr Sumpter is great however, the IMS operators are terrible, rude, nasty. I have waited on the phone 20 minutes to speak with the office. I will not be returning next year. Even though I like the doctor getting through the IMS operators is not worth it. If any other business had this type of phone would be out of business.
This place is clueless. I was referred to a practice that doesn't see me for my ortho issues. Not only that as a 58 yr old male he made no follow up to do bloodwork or check me for any health issues at all
Awesome Dr. pays close attention to what is wrong with you. He takes his time to talk to you and makes sure you are well taken care of. Most docs go into the room check you out and are out the door in a jiffy. I highly recommend Dr. Sumpter his staff is awesome too never in a bad mood and willing to help with a smile.
