Top Notch Physician. Down to earth, thourogh and extremely educated along with 30 yrs. of experience. Great office staff.
He always remembers me and asks how I’m doing. I trust his medical opinion and recommend him to my friends and family.
After being a patient for several years, hoping the office would improve, it has not. Doctor always acts as if he has never seen you or your chart no matter how many times you go. His office staff is rude and always seems like they have no idea what is going on. Everyone, including the doctor, seems to do the least amount possible no matter what. It’s a shame as he is a nice man but he just does not seem to care anymore and appears to have no passion or interest in his patients or practice anymore.
Doctor ordered tests, and on my follow up I had to remind him he ordered tests for me to obtain the results. I called after I had already gone through new patient process, and asked for an appointment for same day I called. They said nothing available. Yet they claim you can walk in like they are a walk in clinic. Disappointed with level of care.
i have been coming to dr.s is for as long as i can remember. he helped me when i broke my arm, he helped with every cold and virus i caught. he has helped me with shoulder pain. he is very skilled in many areas. he's very compassionate to my fear of needles and is always gentle when giving injections. the office is very updated and clean. the office staff is very sweet and prompt and willing to help you in anyway. cannot say enough!
Our son has been a detox patient for over two years. Thankfully, he is doing very well. That is the only nice thing I can say about the office of Dr. Schweinshaupt. After over two years of paying $120 privately for each monthly visit, the "good doctor" decided to start billing our insurance company for each visit - IN ADDTION TO THE $120 WE PAY ALREADY! If you don't mind throwing money at the Doctor for a prescription, make yourself an appointment. Otherwise look for another doctor.
My husband was his patient first and was so happy with him. I happen to be needing a new doctor and chose to go with Dr. S, and he has been an absolute God send. After being to 4 ERs with nothing he was the one to diagnose and treat me. Me and my husband are blessed to have such a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor. His staff Hannah, Jasmine, Julia and Brenda are absolutely amazing and caring. The entire office team are amazing. My friend I sent to him absolutely loves his office too.
Too bad there isn't an option for a rating of 0 or negative stars. Worst experience with a doctor EVER. Had to wait 90 minutes to be seen for 10 minutes for a new patient visit. Stared at the paperwork I filled out 95% of the time. After, the tech brought in my to do list to eat healthy, exercise and lose weight out of the blue. Incompetent, bordering on dangerous. Paid $10 to have blood drawn left huge bruise. Called with test results: did you fast? No since no one told me to. Oh OK. ????????
