Steven Savino's office was recommended to me by another architect when my client was unable to sell her house due to DB violations. We met with Steven Savino and his assistant, Anada. They outlined everything that needed to be done, and my client decided to work with them. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed at which Steven Savino’s office resolved all the issues and we were able to close on the sale.
After paying a ton of money for very simple plans, none of the plans were approved by the town. Research was not done to look up what the codes are for the town which is the job of the architect. To add, the woman who says she is his secretary is the most unprofessional, rude person anyone should have to deal with when paying that kind of money. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for positive results
Steven Savino appears to be a honest person, However he is the most dishonest person I have ever encountered. Mr Savino gave me a job proposal and price structure; and in essence the job proposal was completely incorrect and then attempted to charge me double. This person does not belong in Architecture Practice. STAY AWAY!
