The doctor is very knowledgeable and generous with his appointment time, but he’s impossible to reach outside of an appointment and his office admin is dismissive, rude, and incompetent.
As a surgeon fantastic, resolved everything right away and scheduled the surgery himself while I was there. He told me, "I will take care of you" and he did.
