I saw Dr. Lobacz for a couple years, and last year I was running out of meds and tried to schedule an appointment and was completely ghosted. First his mailbox was full, then a few days later I could leave a message. Left three messages in two weeks and never heard back. So I had the joy of going through SSRI withdrawal cold turkey.
Lobacz has no residence or office at 1104 W Pratt Chicago for the past 10+ years. He left the building instead of being evicted for extreme professional misconduct.
