I am very impressed with Dr. Lane. I wish he could be my PCP. He is friendly yet professional, efficient, knowledgeable, & came prepared. We share some similar interests, so perhaps that is why I felt at ease with him. It doesn't happen that often as I get older and the doctors get younger 😉. Without provocation, he used my remaining appointment time to clean up my health record of the outdated diagnoses and medications, which I've been trying to get other HCPs to do for years. I saw this doctor via a video call.. He spent the entire time typing on his computer... I all but BEGGED him for antibiotics as I was sick for 5 days --- coughing, congestion, much more than a head cold -- but not Covid. His response was use over the counter meds, use steam and if not better in 5 days to contact him... Five days later -- I was much worse --- I contacted him. HE STILL DID NOTHING to help me...
