Dr. Gecha is AMAZING! He did both my surgeries on the same knee, and he is the only ortho i trust working on me, and he really takes the time to get to know me. He takes the time to make sure I achieve my goals. I feel great and my knees haven't hurt me in a long time. I still go and see him to follow up with my knees and make sure I am 100% always.

Knowledge he gets 10 stars. Probably the smartest doctor I ever met. And just an all around nice guy. The Ewing office secretary's are rude but the rest of staff is awesome.

He was absolutely attentive to me. Thoroughly checked my knee and entire body. Dictacted results of his assessment right in front of me. Maintaining eye contact to confirm what he was saying was correct and that I understood everything he was saying. Excellent bedside manner.

And on my second knee he wasn't even anxious to operate; something I hear is almost always a suregeon's 1st choice. My knees are fine now except it's hard to counter the march of ongiong osteoarthritis. Also, he has a Ph... read more

Dr.Gecha is a very caring a sweet doctor. He really sits down and pays attention to you. Some doctors make you feel like it is their mission in life to comfort patients and repair their bodies to their full potential, and Dr.Gecha is one of them. Made me feel very safe and calm in the midst of a painful accident.
