Dr. Larry Hollenbeck is a caring doctor who has taken care of my Dad 20 plus years ago, my Mom 10 plus years ago and myself since I had an aneurysm scar tissue that caused seizures. Dr. Hollenbeck did testing and he kept realigning my medicine until the seizures were no longer there. I see him once a year for a checkup and blood test to be sure my medicine level is correct. I would recommend him to anyone who has neurological problems.

I will start by saying, this was not a regular office visit, we went to this office because they could get us in for an urgent issue. The staff was polite and helpful. However, from the moment Dr. Ballard entered the room, everything changed. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. My son was in pain and asked Dr. Ballard to be gentle and he did the exact opposite. He dismissed us within 5 minutes and sent us on our way. He also ordered unnecessary tests. The fact that I would prefer to drive the 90 minutes to keep him as my physician as opposed to finding a new one in my new area says it all.
Dr. Cooper has been my primary care doctor since 2008. I appreciate that she allows me to ask questions and gives her recommendations and together we formulate a plan of care. It’s not just her telling me what to do. She truly practices patient centered care. She is also very calm and kind.

He has no compassion or empathy for his elderly patients. Always stood behind my dad and never talked to him face to face. He spent just a couple of minutes with dad each visit. Never talked to my dad with respect. Treated my dad like an addict instead of understanding how much pain he was actually in and needed help. I was looking for a new doctor when the hospital decided my dad should go into hospice care where they understood pain and was very caring up until he passed 6 months later.
