I’ve visited this store twice. The first time to request an appraisal for my diamond wedding ring set that was originally purchased years ago, out of state. All of the employees hmmm’ed and hawwww’ed at it for about 30 minutes before begrudgingly offering an astronomical price for an appraisal since it wasn’t purchased there. I declined. Very friendly staff. Making us a special item. Very reasonably priced.
Came in today to see if they could fix a clasp on a cheap necklace that was my husband's and now my son's. Matthew on the spot fixed it and did not charge us. That was so sweet and my son will be so happy he gets to wear his dad's necklace again. Thank you, Matthew!
